Please take a moment to read the following Terms and Conditions prior to booking and online appointment with BellViso Global Aesthetics. By using our Online Booking service you agree with the Terms and Conditions as per below:
FOR CONSULTATIONS & SERVICES
There is a $25 consultation deposit, however the $25 deposit will go towards your procedure if you are a candidate. We require at minimum 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Otherwise a $50 fee will be charged to your credit card.
For microblading services appointments, we require 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Otherwise a $100 fee will be charged to your credit card.
MICROBLADING FOLLOW UPS
Although microblading follow up services are included, we require 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Otherwise a $50 fee will be charged to your credit card.
For Eyelash Extensions Services:
For eyelash extension appointments, we require 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Otherwise a $50 fee will be charged to your credit card.
APPOINTMENT REQUEST & CONFIRMATION
Clients will receive confirmation by email of requested appointment and we will reply with a confirmation once it is booked. Should you not receive any confirmation, please send us an email or give us a call.
LATE ARRIVALS, RESCHEDULING, & CANCELLATIONS
Clients are able to cancel or reschedule appointments at anytime with a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to the appointment time. To cancel or reschedule, please email or call us. Confirmation of cancellation will be done by email or phone.
To avoid any disappointment in cancellation of services due to late arrival, we ask clients to arrive 10 minutes early. We offer a 15 minute grace period for late arrivals, although we cannot guarantee that we can accommodate the service booked as we must extend the same courtesy our other clients who arrive on time. Should you arrive later than 15 minutes and we are unable to accommodate your booking, a late cancellation charge of $50 will be apply.
Any missed appointments with no prior notifications will be charged a fee of 50% of the total service.
By making an appointment through this site, you agree to the above terms. You have read and understood all the terms and conditions. To complete the reservation, you must provide a valid credit card that is in your name. You have read and fully understand our cancellation policy and agree to all late cancellation, no-show, and deposit charges where applicable. Should you not understand, need any clarifications or agree to the above terms and conditions, please do not use the online booking and feel free to contact us.
In-addition we respectfully notify all our clients that once a service is provided by BELLVISO GLOBAL it is non-refundable. If you have reasonable complaint please put it in writing to the manager with in 7 days of the procedure and we will be happy to deal with your complaint within the remit of our profession.
